Meanwhile, Here is What We are Doing Behind the Scenes to Deliver this Information

We added one new document to the root folder of our web site on the server. It is an XMl file and then we included the coding,
preview text and links that are found see in My Yahoo! or Bloglines .Whenever we add a new article, review or newsletter to our site, we update the content in this XML file and upload it to our server. Yahoo! and Bloglines will periodically check that XML file to see if it has been updated. We can then decide on the number to create rss feeds and the number of items within each feed. We can also add small images. We can also schedule when the feeds are updated. For instance, with our newsletter we can send the newsletter broadcast and at the same time upload the revised XML file. Therefore it means publishing in the webpage and email simultaneously.

How do we go about XML coding?

We use a WYSIWYG software tool called FeedForAll. It provides a simple interface that enables us to create, format, edit and upload our feeds.

As an information seeker...now you can go RSS crazy

Once you get the idea and have chosen your preferred RSS Reader (Yahoo!, Bloglines etc), you can subscribe to dozens of different feeds...rss news feeds, newsletters, articles, blogs and more.

Sign up with one click, and unsubscribe with one click (No more newsletter unsubscribe hassles.)

As a publisher...gain more readers

More and more people are turning to RSS. They use it instead of subscribing to newsletters. They also use it to choose the particular elements they want to know about from various sites.
